Order finance
An increasing number of factors and discounters are now combining trade finance facilities, through associate or third party companies, with their traditional debtor finance products. This allows funding to be made available much earlier in the sales cycle so that once a client has secured a confirmed order from a credit worthy buyer; the trade finance company will finance the required purchase of goods from the supplier. Exceptionally, some invoice discounting companies can offer unsecured trade finance lines to their clients although these tend to be limited to those with the strongest balance sheets.
